What is One Scoop Forward?
One Scoop Forward is an annual Young Entrepreneur Initiative created by Izzy's Ice Cream to support young New Zealanders with a passion for business.
Our goal is simple:
To encourage young people to believe in their ideas, back themselves, and take the first step towards building something extraordinary.
Whether your dream is a product, service, social enterprise, or innovative business idea, we want to celebrate young people who are willing to have a go.
Because every successful business started with someone who simply decided to begin.
Why We Created It
When Izzy started her business, she discovered that turning an idea into reality takes courage, determination, and the support of people who believed in her.
One Scoop Forward is our way of paying that support forward.
It's about helping the next generation of young entrepreneurs take their very first step.
Applications Open November 2026
Applications for the inaugural One Scoop Forward Young Entrepreneur Initiative will open in November 2026.
We'll be looking for passionate young New Zealanders with a business idea and the determination to bring it to life.
More information, eligibility criteria, judging, and prizes will be announced closer to the launch.
